Contact our EZPak specialists via phone or our online form to answer a few questions about how you take your meds, so that we can package them properly for you.
PICK UP YOUR PAK
Pick up your EZPak containing a
30-day supply of your medications. When it’s time to take your medications, simply tear off the next pak and confirm the day and time. If you miss a dose, you’ll know right away. No more stress or worry about missed medications!
MONTHLY CHECK-IN
Each month, we will contact you about a week before your next set of EZPak pick up is due to see if there have been any medication changes and confirm you are on schedule.
