Medication Synchronization
Med sync lets your medications work with your schedule, not against it. Instead of getting your refills multiple times a month, choose a day each month that works best for you!
Medication Packaging
If you are taking multiple medications a day, it can be a headache to manage it all. With our EZPaks, medications are pre-sorted and organized into packs labeled by day and time. This means you will never have to worry about missing a dose.
Monthly Reviews
Every month, our team will touch base to ensure medications are performing as they should, checking for any interactions, and addressing any concerns you may have.
Home Delivery
You'll never have to wonder how you'll get your medications--our home delivery service takes out the worry!
Patient must meet eligibility requirements and have insurance coverage to receive long-term care at home services. Currently, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina Medicare, Express Scripts, WellCare, and United Healthcare/AARP Medicare Complete are contracted with us for long-term care at home services.
